Real, on-screen food only, no Wookie Cookies or Boba Fettucini.
(Since there was no food or beverage consumed [that I recall] in Revenge of the Sith, or at least nothing of consequence, that one's out.)

An actually interesting poll. I'm sure the episode II dinner and the episode V one were the best. I chose the episode II one because I'm still wondering if Vader ate in front of Han & co.
