Which part of ROTS was this song in?

Has anyone listened to the track I am the Senate?
I donwloaded it and I dunno if its on the soundtrack cd. I can't seem to find it anywhere in the movie though?
Anyone know where this song fits in?

I am the Senate was a track that circulated the net before the official soundtrack was released... It is not from ROTS, but a piece John Williams composed for the film Nixon.
