There are some problems with this. First there is no helicoptor chase.
Second, there is no smith face in the monitors mentioned. The prophesy as morpheus said would bring destruction to the matrix and free the people. In that preview it said it would just end the war. In the trailer you also see very clearly Neo fighting Smith/Bane.

I do not put much stock in "spoilers", they are more than half wrong, and are the delusions of the writers, not the truth according to Wachowski. The Wachowski's are more adamant about the security of the Matrix than anyone else is about their savings account number, so i find it very unlikely that anything has been "leaked" by "a friend of a friend"...
