 Oracle Dead?

Is it true the oracle died? And what impact did that have in M2 and M3 did certain scenes that were planned get dropped?

She died AFTER reloaded, and the new actress does look a bit different, but the Wach brothers cleverly incorperated within the script a way that makes her look different, on purpose.
