none really.....there are 3 captians on the hammer..and Neo and trinity take the logos to go to the Machiene city..but they dont really have a ship anymore.......kinda confusing......3 captians on 1 ship.....

At the beginning of Revolutions, Neo doesn't belong to any ship...He is on the Mjolnir, aka the Hammer, because the Neb. was destroyed, and the Hammer rescued them.

Neo, Morpheus etc are still the Neb Crew, but without a ship, as is Niobie, Sparks and Ghost the Logos Crew, but Niobie gave her ship away
