Bad manners on the matrix

When Neo caught Trinity at the end of Reloaded and took her to the top of the building, he had to place his hand inside her chest upto his forearm to take out the bullet.

You might not have noticed this but who thinks that Neo should at least have rolled up his sleeve first.
