Reloaded: When Neo chooses the door to save Trinity and then saves her. At the time you have no idea whether he is going to suceed or not. I know during his flight to her I was going back in forth as to whether he could pull it off.
In Matrix one: Neo and Trinity's entrance into the building to rescue Morpheus
In reloaded: The sex scene,
just kidding, thought that would ruffle some feathers. No, my favorite was when Morpheus kills the twins. Then fights the agent. heck the whole freeway scene.

tthe best scene is neo vs multi-smith in reloaded and in the matrix, it was when morpheous said he's the one after he came back to life..just before he stopped the bullets..the john williams-like musical score there was great!

In Matrix: It would have to be when Neo is "reborn" as the One and jumps through Agent Smith. Do you think he had to practise some dance moves for the freakout or did he just watch Saturday Night Fever?
In Reloaded: It would have be the entire Agent Smith clone fight after the Oracle left. But the one part out of that was when he picked up one the Smith clone's by his leg and used him as a weapon.
