It's actually James Howlett. Logan is the nickname he adopted after running away from his family. The original Logan was a gardener for the Howletts, who looks uncannily familiar to the adult wolverine.

nobody knows heīs real name, only him, i have the comic where he kills the only man beside him that knew is real name.

the man was Geor Odekirk, he is the man who falsify documents to magneto changing his name to erik, when this was discover, magnus killed geor because of his incompetence, and because he was the only man that could lead others to his real identity.
