Cool The threads make the hero!

I doesn't matter how cool a power, without good clothes the hero isn't any fun to watch.
What are your fav. heros costumes.
My three fav.s are:
Cannonball in his purples. The new Cannonball in X-force looks fine.
Longshot in his flat blacks
Havok in his egyptian costume or so it has been labled.

Since you threw out the #3, I do that many, too. Venom, Batman and Vindicator. But there certainly are no shortage of boss costumes from which to choose.

Though i don't really care for the character, it has to be superman as his costume is recognised the world over.

Ultimate Iron mans suit has to be one of the coolest ever and of course Venom and Spiderman 2099 are both awsome too.

ya that's like draculas power, he's so classy that he hypnotizes women.
Jeeze the whole wide world is built around Dracula, from kingdoms to slums. Good taste Punkyhermy.
roll eyes (sarcastic)
I like the New Mutants training uniforms too.

Underestimated costume : the black costume from Spider-Man. I thought it was cool.

Other great costumes :

dr. Doom
Juggernaut (depends on the artist)
Moon Knight (yeah, that's right, his costume was more than okay)
Bullseye
Kraven
+ many more

(Stupid costumes : Magneto, Captain America, everything doc Ock wears and Kang - master of time but obviously not of fashion).

I still think that BAtsie has the best costume, I don't know why but it has great appeal. Batmans costume changed many times through time and still looks cool.

I love Spawn's costume, Darkness, Gambit, Juggernaut, Iron man, Wolverine (his costume changed more then a few times, and I still think that the Yellow one is the best, allthough I also like the Ultimate look)

Venom is way cool also, but I always see it as an entity by itself. I never immagine that Eddie is under the symbiote, bah

Dracula is one dapper mother****er. While he is described as an older and sinister looking man, he is, nonetheless a Count. He owns a castle, has royal blood etc. Stoker describes him as always well dressed. A full finely tailored suit etc. etc. Most of his reiterations have, almost severely deviated from this.

As for badass debonair superhero duds. Hmm....

Genis' Kree military uniform.

Taskmaster's second costume, the pistol straps remind me of some sort of amped up Clint Eastwood kickass cop or something.

And The Whizzer of course!

Dr. Doom's Armor is AWESOME!
Moon Knight's costume is underrated. it so rad.
Bullseye has the gayest costume ever! the only one worse is the very first condom-head Cyclops costume
im no too fond of Kraven's costume...but does have "Jungle Hunter" written all over it.

I love the cape of Batman's.Unlike Superman's his is long and flowy, and leather(I'm assumimg), and it covers him by draping all around him. It looks very cool!and mysterious.Just like Dracula.Well,Dracula ain't as cool as Bats but as mysterious! And they both have the same taste as they like to live in old lonely, gothic bulidings, both like the night...

Lol. Bat's cape is great. I like just the general shape of it, not just a square of cloth, but all the tips at the end, and (depending on who's drawing) the curves on top of the shoulders. Very menacing. His cape is supposed to be made out of a fireproof/bullet proof material. Some sort of kevlar mesh most likely. Just an fyi. smile

Doom, Batman.

I actually think Capt. A's suit looks cool, design wise.

Has something of the De Stijl movement about it.

I like chain mail for Captain Americas suit and i like the smooth one. In his series now they were using mail. It looks hot. I like spawns chains but i'd like to see an entire suit of chain.
I'd love to see Rachel(phoenix or marvel girl) or what not, in her red cosutme with a color and a chain attached to her neck with her tattoo face. She has one of the best costumes there as the Hound.
