Hmmm...well, all the people I'm a fanboy of I suppose.

4. Alan Scott (Sentinel)

That's probably enough...any more and they'd be splitting up issue time too much (7 is probably the limit for a manageable team/issue). Sentry and Buzzboy (Sky Dog Comics) would be in reserve.
Unfortunately, none of these people are in the same universe with any of the others, so a crossover involving even 2 of them would be pretty much impossible.
would be really fun to read and interesting. Aquaman is my favorite JLAer, i see him as the badass. he's a great character who has never gotten enough credit. he has all this power, but is constantly just another face on the team(something no one wants to be but hes good at it). every once in a while he explodes. then there's Hawkeye, one of the first Defenders (greatest non-team ever) and one of the first Thunderbolts (greatest outcast/loner/reject team ever). also a member of the avengers and has proven to be a leader, a team player, and a great soloist just with his archer skills. and then, the Amalgam of Wolverine and Batman. although Logan and Bruce have personalities on the opposite sides of the spectrum, they are both badasses palying the reluctant hero/team player; both the best at what they do, have many uses on a team but never want to use them.
this team would be sweeeeeet. i will call them Untitled.

2. Adam Warlock - If the universe is in danger, Warlock will save it. Very powerful, and possesses he soul gem. He's also considered a mystic, and knows almost all of Strange's spells.
3. Iron Man - Genius and financial support. Not to mention he's gone toe to toe with beings like Thanos, the Hulk, Ultron, etc... with his powerful Iron Man armor.
4. Dr. Strange - All powerful and nearly omnipotent sorcerer of earth.
6. Another powerful mystic, and she possesses one of the most powerful artifacts in the mystic world. The Tome Of Zhered Na.
Something Dr. Strange fears and respects.
bloodstorm- she easily beat apocolypse, phoenix, and was more than a match for captain mar-vell
scarlet witch- c'mon she is hella powerful
enchantress- need someone like her
clea- will supply all the magic needed
jean grey- she is the phoenic force
she-hulk- way more than enough hysical strength to deal with anyone
magneto- once again, hella powerful
binary- a tad more powerful than surfer
amalgam- was able to absorb mutant powers, as well as memories and possess time travel, and has all the powers of the original x-men, and second generation x-men, as well as the powers of mystique, and destiny. here this describes her better
