i guess it depends on which kind of fight your talking about.

girl vs girl cat fight? storm would win.
knife fight? storm would win
powers fight? depends on situation, where they are at and preparation.
boxing? storm would win
kick boxing? storm would win
motocross racing? storm would win
x-box video game x-men next dimension, storm playing storm, jean playing jean? storm would win =p

depends on the kind of fight, situation, area, determination of parties, etc..

i'd say in most cases storm would win.
