who is the baddest spidey villain? And would he be able to kick Wolverine's butt?

I have always wondered if villains of one hero could beat another hero? So to start off, can any of Spiderman's villians kick wolverine's butt for good? Who is that?

AND can any of Wolverine's villian's kick spidey's butt in a fight? If heros are defined by who they beat and fight in the crime world? Who wins out of these two?

Certain Spiderman villains can take down Wolverine and vice versa. This was the purpose of the Acts of Vengeance where by the arrangement of Loki, villains traded heroes. Of course, in Wolverine's case it was the Mandarin (Iron Man's).

Wolverine
can take: Vulture, Stiltsman, Boomerang, Speed Demon, Rhino (he has cut him), Green Goblin, Hobogoblin, Shriek.....
cannot take: Electro, Carnage, possibly Shocker, Carrion, Styx, maybe Trapster.........
maybe: Dr. Octopus, Venom, Lizard, Puma........

Spiderman
can take: maybe Sabertooth, Roughouse, Bloodscream, Albert, Viper, Silver Samurai.......
cannot take: Wendigo, Omega Red, Hunter in Darkness, Mr. X.......
maybe: Lady Deathstrike (she can expand herself and cut the webbing).......

I'd say Wolverine could take any of Spidy's villains, but would have the most trouble with Carnage. (Who wouldn't..)
