I'd only have it go about 5 seasons so that it wouldn't get boring and old but since we're getting 6 movies total(of Spiderman),we don't need a live action series for a while.And if they did do a series after the movies were over,Tobey would be over 40 so we'd need a new face for the role anyway.
I remember that in the 70's or 80's there was a Spider-Man series that had 2 seasons with about 20 episodes altogether from both seasons combined and the ratings were terrible.

And I agree with Apollo X about another Spider-Man cartoon series.Maybe they could get Chris Barnes for Spidey again if they made a new Spider-Man cartoon series.

There are enough series...Spidey and his Amazing friends, The origanal Spidey, The Mtv Spidey and a personal fav....Spiderman Ulimited. Did they cancel that?

if you ask me, 3 or 4 spiderman movies are enough. we alredy can tell there's a gonna be a 3rd movie, but a tv series would be kinda gay. <------my opinion.
