Do the people of Kandor have powers?

Scence Superman took it away from brainiac and placed it on the fortress of solitude on earth does that mean they have powers too?

No. They have a mini Red Sun device. This nullifies any chance of them having powers. However if they somehow broke out of the bottle they would have powers.

Check out Superman: Godfall.

Two Kandorians are now on the lose. With Superman's powers no less.
