That human would probably gain some of Superman's abilities. The amount of abilities that person would gain would probably depend on how much of Superman's blood was injected into that person.

Exactly. Just because he looks human doesn't mean his blood is O Negative or any common variety. There is no doubt that a blood transfusion from Superman would kill a human.
It's silly to think that it would lend super powers.
