Remy & Rogue....

I didn't know where to post this... in 1 of the 3 or 4 threads about Gambit... or in the one about Rogue... so as this is about both as a couple I started a new one 😄

I found this about them:

Although Remy has been referred to as the "Jack of Hearts" and his trademark card is the 'Ace of Spades', he is most commonly known as the "Joker", as he affirms:-

Gambit: "Maybe dat's b'cause I'm no X-Man. I'm the JOKER in the deck...dey're heroes. I'm a thief."

Rogue identifies herself with the "Queen of Hearts":-

Rogue: "Here."
Gambit: "Queen of Hearts..?"
Rogue: "Carry it and think of me in those times we aren't together---though ah hope those're few."

Remy has called Rogue:- Rogue,chere, Roguey,Roguie, petite, girl,my girl, mon coeur, ma cherie, hon, ma chere, river rat, darlin', honey, lady, woman, cheri, ma cheri, sweet.

Rogue has loved Remy since she first laid eyes on him. He is her first and only love.

Rogue knows whether a person (she has absorbed in the past) is alive or dead (without seeing them). Their psyches have become a part of her and that's how she is able to tell. Recently, in XXM #12, she talks about how she is aware of Storm's status:-
