The PC version of Xlengends 2 you get Sabertooth and Pyro as just exclusive characters
You get Xavier by completing all the danger room missions
Deadpool by completing the game
Ironman by collecting every homing beacon and doing the secret bonus missions... also the 4 homing beacons in Act 5 are not mentioned in the review machine, but be sure to collect them.
