If it's the book i'm thinking of,it the same as the first only their's an updated page on Nightcrawler.A short overview of Ultimate X men and a page on the Orgin series.If you have the first edition don't bother.
Are you talking about the book with Wolverine on the cover?

errrm i only remember wolverine on the back but all the x-men(emma frost,jean grey with short hair basically the ultimate x-men) in front
