when wounded his body turns into pure energy and heals itself

note: in recent years livewire has developed limited telepathy because of his ability to sense electric magnetic waves. he also has developed telekineses. some have come to call him the mega mutant(the first of his kind)

God? Not really.....Livewire (from the Superman: TAS, and now the comics.) and Live Wire from DC pretty much does all that, and they're not gods.

Hydropower would be power water blast or something to that nature so would he destroy himself i he can control both water & electricity.

Control over too much power, and the telekinesis and telepathy and stretching his abilities way too far.
The healing in an energy form makes him too hard to destroy.
This character has too much raw power, and no defined weaknesses.

He's not too powerful.....It's just that you are stretching his abilities a bit....But other then the "turning into electricity" he's pretty much Magneto....and People don't think he's too powerful.
