brute strength level seven mutant

Dark phoenix was level 6, is there a such thing as level 7 mutant, but his power isnt telekenisis, its brute mstrength.

I thought Phoenix was just higher than a level 5, which could mean anything.

aren't these levels only movie based, i can't remember seeing them in comics.
