Xavier Protocols

does anyone know what the other protocols are, and where to find them, as I could only find these three...

As revealed in Excalibur #100 (each Protocol is activated by the presence of a different combination of X-Men):

Code 0-0-0 (Charles Xavier) : The use of anti-psionic armor against him, and how to build it. (Activated by Moira MacTaggert, Cyclops and Jean Grey)

Code 0-2-1 (Wolverine) : Long range attack, sever the head, and place the head and body far apart. (Activated by Archangel, Cyclops and Jean Grey) Note: This assumes Wolverine is without his adamantium skeleton.

Code 1-3-9 (Cable) : Take advantage of the techno-organic virus that occupies his telekinesis powers, and letting the virus infect major organs. (Activated by Cyclops, Jean Grey and Cannonball)

I really want to read what it says about Storm, Phoenix and Magneto

Those are the only ones ever written down, and Wolverine's and Cable's no longer apply.
