x-wing upbringing

why did it take yoda so much concentrating to lift luke's x-wing from dagobah when during the clone wars he could take a trade fed. transport out of the sky with less concetration. was it because he was rusting or something?

I didn't really think he struggled, he seemed to do it easily and for his age I think he did very well...I'd like to see any other jedi his age lift an x-wing out of a swamp with the force

I saw Dooky move stuff around of great size.

And in case of Yoda: does it really matter if he's 800 or 820 years old?

age has nothing to do with force ability (not old age anyway) it wouldn't hinder his ability with the force

Well, considering that one year following his lifting of the X-Wing he died, it's safe to say that age was finally taking its toll on him.

Not to mention 23 years of not doing much would put anyone outta shape, even Yoda.

Decrepit old geezers like Yoda take joy in making young lads like Luke ran around carrying them on their backs, getting all hot and sweaty. Notice, he made Luke do all the running.

Ever wonder what became of the Seven Dwarves? They were fused into Yoda.

I think Yoda ate after midnight and killed the other six. I'm sure he used to be Dopey.

rofl laughing out loud

It may have been the out-of-practice thing, it may have been his mild annoyance with his student's skepticism...

It may have been like when you are trying to pee in a public toilet...
...you know, you're all set to go and then someone comes in and you suddenly find it harder to pee...? stick out tongue

Nah just occasionally and irritatingly.

I do also find it hard on those days to raise starfighters out of large puddles.

See...? Theres a co-relation. stick out tongue
