In this thread u get to make up a batman character, it can be a superhero or villain or anything u want really.
Ive made up a character called NightSingh(singh means lion in panjabi)
The costume wud be similar to nightwings costume butblack with a roaring lion in a bluse circle as a logo on the chest and a plate of iron armour on the arms and legs, he wud have an ak47 which he wud keep on his back various other hidden weapons hidden in his costume and there wud be a black strap goin from his right shoulder across to his left hip where there wud be a sikh sword(curved 7" dagger in a wooden sheath) and from his left shoulder to his right hip would be ammo.
THe character wud be a sikh superhero who wud kill if the enemys trying to kill him, obviously wudnt be with batman cause hes willing to kill and wud have a laid back personality like the flash and makse sarcastic witty comments.
Ok, here is my character that has nothing to do with my so far 22 issue teen aged Batman in 'The Bat-Man!!!!!!!!!'(if you wanna read most of the first issue go right ahead. I hope it will be as good as Batman: Year One)

When Batman was believed to be killed during a fight with Joker, Penguin, and Two-Face, Bruce decided that it was better if he closed the Batman name forever. He then decided to wait a few months so they think Batman is really gone. During this time, Bruce revamped his costume to make it all black, have no embalm on his chest, made the mask cover his entire face, and thought about his goals in life. He then decided on his name being The Bat. He then told all the GCPD that he was Batman under a new code name. In this new guise, he was more feared than Batman. He would use bat-stars(bat shaped ninja stars)grappling hooks, the Bat-car(Batmobile under a new name) the Bat-tank(the DKR style batmobile: only used when dealing with extreme danger)
a nightstick(cop weapon) and the smoke pellets. He would have the kryptonite ring in the Bat-Cave just in case.
It means he's trying to bring this topic to the first page of the forum again. Bat Dude, you character sounds sort of like the Batman of the Future.

Bio: Charles Charlton was a simple business man who enjoyed a good sit down on his favourite chair. One day, he grew bored of sitting on his favourite chair and decided to take it outside. He got on the bus, went into town, and sat on his favourite chair in Woolworths. As he was enjoying the view of the DVD section and the excellent variety in the Pick n' Mix, a store attendant saw Charles and asked him to remove himself from the store and he was causing disruption. Charles refused, after all, this was his favourite chair. Security was called and they escorted Charles and his favourite chair out of Woolworths. They threw him on the ground, and as they threw his chair also, some of the weaving in the seat came loose. Angerred by this turn of events, as every hard done by fellow does, he decides to become a masked menace - The Chairman! Using his brilliant chairmaking abilities, he is able to reproduce chairs and can throw them at innocent people at amazingly average speed. He also hid his identity by using a common disguise - to dress exactly the same as before, except with a black eye mask. Now a figure of evil, the Chairman would reign terror upon the innocent people of Gotham.
The Chairman, being a chairmaking genius, decided that his inevitable confrontation with Batman was just around the corner. So he built an elaborate Electric Chair trap. Unfortunatley, while securring a pulley, the chair he was stood on gave way and he accidentally hung himself.
You see what I did there? I took the tragic well to do Batman villain archetype, and upped the tragedy to extreme levels to such an extent that he tragically dies before he even fights Batman. You can cut the tragedy with a knife. So tragic.

bio: since a young age, will had been a gifted marksman and excelled in sports such as archery and skeet shooting. after graduating from college, Will went into work with the NYPD and later was accepted into the cia. After severley injuring a major crime lord, shooting him through the spine, Will was dissmissed for reckless behaviour and moved to gotham where he found a place in the gotham police department. However, the life was boring for him, and so Will sought out a hobby which he would be able to expell his energy and time. He began to train himself with guns and soon possessed a wide variety of armament, from pistols to shotguns and machine guns, though he prefered the pistols.
Whilst blowing off some steam at the firing range one dark cloudy night, lighting struck a near by post and somehow struck Will's head in an aftershock. the bolt was mild, but stimulated the young man's brain, and increased Will's sense of judgement exponentially. hieightening his already excellent judgemnt and marksmanship, Will fond that he could hit targets with little effort that would prove almost impossible otherwise.
Deciding to follow in the steps of the legendary batman, Will created the alias SureShot, and designed a suit composed simply of black armour, much like batman's kevlar, with a black overcoat and a full face mask. He carries with him his "lucky pistol" - the pistol he was using on the night of the accident - as well as four other pistols and a shotgun (slung around his shoulders). He roams the streets at night and can often be found near the crime scene with batman when the batsignal is shone.

Bio: Unknown to his family and friends, Tad Coleman was born with a defect that allows him to predict the future and control objects with his mind. His first encounter with Batman happened when he was 8, when he whitnessed the caped crusader defeat Two-Face. From then on, he practiced with his powers until high school, where he first met Stephanie Brown, who is now the new Robin. Using his powers and designing skills, he made a costume and became Psykick. His first night out, he was almost killed by Clayface as he tried to rob a bank, but was saved by Batgirl, Cassandra Cain, and Batman, who told Psykick to go home. After this, he grew to hate Batman and joined up with Poison Ivy as she tried to turn the city into one-big jungle, where he tangled with Batman once again. During the struggle, his powers evolved and Batman was almost killed himself, as Tad became a menance to everyone. His powers were so great, that Batman had to call his JLA friends to help, where he was finally put out of comission by Batman. His powers now subsided, and with his appearance altered, he left the city and joined up with a traveling circus, run by the Mad Hatter. As it arrived in Gothan City, Tad realised that the Mad Hatter planned to take control of the residents and defeated him single-handed, as Batman and the others arrived. Seeing that Tad had changed, he was asked to join his group, where he has begun seeing Stepanine Brown, but how long will the relationship last?
