i'm just wondering, how old is batman? is he older, or younger than superman?
i think that he's around 30's or 40's

Year One Batman is on his mid 20's.
The current Batman in the comics is in his mid 30's.

I think he's later 30's in the comics. Frank Miller's Batman is in his late 20's in Year One, Mid 30's in all star and batman/spawn, unknown in holy terror, mid to late 50's in dark knight returns, and mid 60's in dark knight strikes again.
