ok the wait is over. it is short but part 1 of 28 is posted
Neo woke up in a room similar to a prison cell. He stood up immediately and looked around and saw agents Jackson, smith, Tompson, Johnson and Davis. “Your awake Mr Anderson” smith said. Neo wanted to run off or at least say something. But all he could do was watch, look, listen and do as they said.
Meanwhile back at the NEB, lance, trinity and Morpheus are talking about the best way to rescue neo. “You can’t rescue him with just us 3. You need about 10000 people to save him.” Lance said. “Then how did you escape” trinity asked. “I managed to escape because the defences of the agents were weakened when they were to occupied trying to capture neo”. “Well that’s a bummer” trinity replied after 8 seconds of silence.
“ You see Mr Anderson, Davis here misunderstood what I said in capturing the one.” Smith said, “He used the rifle I set him to capture lance instead since he had powers better than you did. So we punished him and then decided to do some tests on him. Since he wasn’t the original one the tests didn’t succeed. Now we have you we can begin” smith finally finished as he got out a 12-inch knife and walked toward neo.

The Thaddeus, the nobles, the hammer, the decuccious, the logos, the nebhadchenezzer, the Icarus, the melody, the mercury and the Osiris all arrived in Zion. The hammer was the largest so it was the last one to arrive. Morpheus counted the people. “ 4000. I hope that does it. Ok everyone listen up. All the operators are to place each crew at the same place, the eagle’s skyscraper. I will meet you there at 1200 hours”
Lance and co. were inside the matrix earlier than everyone else. They saw some coded images In front of them. It disappeared. In place was Ghost, Niobe and Mandu, the logos. At 1205 hours everyone was there. “Ok lance will fly to the very first version of the matrix where the agents have infested” Mopheus commanded, “that leaves 3999 of us. The agents made one mistake which link and I saw on the matrix monitor. The agents left another entrance to their world. At the top of the eagles skyscraper is a door that leads into the first matrix. But on every floor there is 1000 swat and 10000 agents that make 56000 agents and 5600 swat. And altogether that makes 61600 pieces of security. I hope we will live to see life after this ” “ok lance, do your stuff” trinity said as lance flew into the open. “Ok let the fight begin” Morpheus yelled as all 3999 of them entered the skyscraper ready to fight.

Neo was severally injured. He had cuts on his arm and blood was everywhere. Davis was looking through a microscope “what’s the results Davis” smith asked him “positive” Davis replied. Smith took the serum from Davis and injected it into himself. They all heard gun shots below them. “Check it out” Davis ordered as the other 4 agents walked out of the room. “You are evil Mr Anderson is that right” Davis said after the others left “ no” neo said “ oh that’s wrong” Davis said as he jabbed his fist into Neos chest and black liquid took over neo. It disappeared leaving neo wearing a black suit, tie and shades. Neo stood up. Davis greeted him with “Welcome Agent Anderson”. “Thanks” neo replied.

Smith walked in and saw neo as an agent. “What did you do” smith questioned in a fearing voice. “The same thing that you did to me, Jackson, Johnson, Tompson and the other 10000000000 agents down there” Davis replied. “How could you make a trillion agents if there is only 6 billion people in the matrix?” Neo asked. “The reason why there are 6 versions to the matrix is we took over all of the others by changing them into agents.” Davis explained “We like it here for some reason do you like it Mr Anderson?”. “Yes” neo lied. “They all heard footsteps coming closer and closer. “Its your friend Mr Anderson” smith said. “Ill take care of him” neo exclaimed as he walked out of the room toward lance.
All of the crew for the hammer and the melody were on level one fighting the agents (since they did kill the entire swat easily) while the others were in the lift heading to level 56. 1 by 1 more people left the lift on every 7 floors to keep them occupied and still have enough for the huge fight on level 56 and the fight in the 1st version of the matrix. By the time they reached level 56 it was just half of the logos, the NEB (except lance and neo) and the melody were still there. The doors opened and stood there was Agent Anderson. He had his gun pointed at trinity. All of them had a look of fear in their eyes and some had their jaws dropped midway. “Looking for me,” Neo asked sarcastically.

Niobe got out her gun instantly and shot neo several times. Neo fell to the floor. His body changed into a Swat member. The swat members were alerted by the gunshots and ran toward the lift. Trinity heard a scream coming far away. “FREEZE” a swat member yelled. Trinity kicked him and he went flying through the wall after hitting the others but surprisingly no agents were there they looked around and only saw one door. They went through it and everything was coded down to the last detail. They ran and saw where it ended. Trinity smashed through it and was surrounded by a bright white light. Trinity looked around and saw lance crippled on the floor covered in blood. Neo came out of a room and had as pistol in the left hand and a machine gun in the right hand. “Today you die, old friends”

Lance got up behind him and jabbed his fist into Neos chest. Black liquid surrounded neo in a matter of seconds but it was going up lances arm and covered half of his body. Trinity thought quickly and shot the other half of lances head. The liquid was still running over him and off neo. Neo was free from it but fell unconscious instantly. Lance was covered in it. It ran up to his head and disappeared. Lance fell to the floor instantly with 4 bullet holes to the left of his head. “We better get him out of here” Niobe said pointing to neo. “Right” trinity replied.
Just then, neo woke up. He got to his feet and saw several agents running behind him. “GO!” neo ordered and all 3 of them ran to the door. All of the agents ran after them. When Neo got through the door, he started to fly. He smashed through the door on the other side and flew to the window. He stopped flying and did loads off rolls in mid-air. All of the crew in the nobles, the hammer, the decuccious, the logos, the nebhadchenezzer, the Icarus and the Osiris were out already he saw loads of swat and agents running to the door. He put his hand up and fire flew in all directions from the ground of the skyscraper. The crew of the mercury, the Thaddeus and the melody were killed in the fight. The skyscraper was dropping rapidly with each level bursting into flames. After a while all that was left was a hill of fire and glass. Neo wasn’t aware that he destroyed the 1st version as well. The virus was gone.

 HOVERCRAFT CHASE. PART 1
Trinity, Neo and Morpheus woke up in the NEB. “Where’s lance” Neo asked. “Trinity killed him” link replied. “No I didn’t” trinity blurted out at link. “Don’t you remember” Link asked. “Obviously I don’t” trinity replied. “What do you remember before you woke up” Link asked them “Going through the door to the skyscraper” trinity replied. “Morpheus and neo what do you remember before you woke up” link said. “Same as trinity” Mopheus replied “being surrounded in a blue liquid” neo said. “Start up the ship” neo ordered. “Why” link asked, “JUST DO IT!” neo yelled. Link and Mopheus went to the pilot deck while neo and trinity went to control the guns and EMP system. Morpheus got to the deck first, looked through the Electro-scope and saw exactly why neo asked for the ship to be started up. An army of 1790000 sentinels and another army of 10 hovercrafts were moving in their direction faster than Neos flight speed. The rings on the NEB burst into electricity and flew in the other direction as fast as they could. Trinity and neo shot immediately when they saw the armies come into sight. One of the hovercrafts shot an EMP gun at the NEB with a successful hit. It slowed down and stopped. All of the sentinels were now crawling over the NEB. There was an explosion on the roof of the NEB and half of the sentinels that were chasing them glided in. one got hold of neo and was ready to shoot “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO”

no, masterofmatrix is just writing a story based on what he knew of the matrix movies, then added his own stroy line, and it has gone crazy! but in a good way... ! lol, I'm a little confused what happened to lance and neo? and then the hovercraft chase ended rather abruptly...
