No.
It wasn't 2001 but yeah it was freddies mum who was raped by 1000 maniacs i think, not sure how many, it doesn't really matter anyway.
The movie is actually a sequel to a movie called 2000 maniacs, that i haven't seen, which is unfortunate, thats all i know.

Info on "2001 Maniacs"
Hey! I was an extra in "2001 Maniacs" which was filmed in Lumpkin, Ga. in November. It's directed by Tim Sullivan(Detroit Rock City) and stars Robert Englund. It's a remake of a 60's film called "2000 Maniacs" and it revolves around a town of Southerners who were slaughtered during the Civil War. The town is awakened when some college kids show up in town. The town's mayor(Englund) leads them for revenge upon the "yankees." It's going to be a very gory, over the top horror/comedy. I can't wait to see the finished product.
