Eh, back on topic. I've never seen the original, but I am aware that Vincent Price starred in it, and to go and remake a supposed classic with the flavor of the week is wrong, wrong, wrong.
I don't even think Little Miss Hitlon has any acting experience outside of her cameo on Las Vegas, and "Cat in the Hat".
The "House of Wax" trailer was tagged onto my reel of "Constantine" this afternoon, and I have to say it doesn't look that bad afterall. Of course, it's got a cast of kids, including Paris Hilton, who sucked monkey nuts in "Nine Lives", but hey.
Give the trailer a look see, I'm sure it's up somewhere on the information superhighway.

the origional "house of wax" is one of my all time fav. movies. (big fan of vincent)
it was scary and thrilling to watch.
the new version starring one paris hilton (lets hope her acting has vastly improved since "9 lives"), isn't the same story, its not really the same at all, other than they prolly get covered in wax at some point.
this will be bad!
i recommend that everyone see the origional movie. it really is worth the watch!

im not sure if anyone has seen "9 lives" but her acting left much to the imagination. she was killed first, and her death wasn't even in the movie. you see her 1/2 naked and then hear a scream. when her friends find her she is lying ( like only a modle would) dead on the bathroom floor. man, i think she is going to ruin one of my fav. movies.
i have a good idea of which charater she will be playing and im saddened by my forethought of her sucking ass.
its really too bad
