Big news for Blood Trails- a scoop has just come in that Lionsgate has picked up the film for distribution in 2007.
We are very pleased to announce that the distribution company behind such phenomenal horror hits as the SAW Series, HOSTEL, THE DEVIL’S REJECTS and THE DESCENT will be releasing Imagination’s edge of your seat horror film BLOOD TRAILS in the first quarter of 2007. As the driving force behind the resurgence of quality horror films, LIONSGATE FILMS has quickly established itself as the marquee name in the genre. Their enthusiasm for the project ensures that horror fanatics all over the U.S. and U.K. will get a chance to experience the unique blood rush that the film has to offer.
In the meantime, BLOOD TRAILS continues its deadly trek at Horror festivals around the world, recently playing to excited crowds at the DEAD BY DAWN Film Festival in Scotland (where it won the Audience Award) and the MADRID FANTASY FILM FESTIVAL 2006 in Spain. Next week it begins an 8 city ride through Germany as part of the FANTASY FILMFEST 2006 (July 26 - Aug. 23) and the film makes its U.S. Premiere at FANTASTIC FEST 2006 in Austin (Sept 21 – 28).
