Scary kids

Im tiered of allot of horror flicks using creepy kids as a way to scare.
Recently they kinda slowed this trend a bit.
But I still think its been overused in recent years.

I dunno usually ghost children scare me half to death...samara was scary in the ring...that girl in silent hill...the kid in the grudge...Jake from two and a half men, I know it's not a horror but I find him annoying so when he comes on screen it worries me that I am just gonna get annoyed again

Yeah, whenever I see a kid in a flick that is supposed to be "scary", I just end up wanting to bash their little skulls in.

But in books however, it's typically different. I read Stephen King's It, and dayum, the little kids that were dead and walking around and shit, that was scary.

In movies they are just usually personified as stupid little assholes though.

thumb up

I get why they use em. Like children are supose to be innocent. And then they twist it and make them Evil. But they have been overdoing it.
Specially in alot of Japanese horror flicks.

Also - some child abuse in the name of eliminating evil doesnt seem outa hand evil face
