Fright Night Remake
quote: You know how it is: you're going about your business and then you find out your next door neighbour's a vampire, only no one believes you and you have to recruit the washed-up "vampire killer" star of your favourite TV show to tackle the monster. With such universal themes, it's no surprise that a remake of classic comedy-horror Fright Night is planned.
The original film came out in 1985 from writer-director Tom Holland (not to be confused with actor Tom Hollander or historian Tom Holland), and the plan with this re-do is to update the effects but keep the same comedy-horror tone.
No writer or director has been hired as yet, but the studio's hoping it will do better than their most recent horror outings, The Uninvited and The Ruins, both of which underperformed at the box office.

I bet they will make this PG-13 in order to cash-in on the retarded mass of teeny-boppers.

I think Quentin Tarantino should be the vampire that moves in next door.

Can't argue there even though he gave a decent performance in, From Dusk till Dawn but his lack of acting skills and ability to hypnotize an audience with his banter is why i suggested him
