And that's only part of it..There's also when the protagonist is duped into ****ing a dead body up the ass but it turns out it's not a dead body...It's his drugged 10 year old son...And the protagonist's brother ****'s the protagonist's drugged wife up the ass at the same time.

The scene in the movie is the protagonist and the director watching some of the director's earlier work on a screen...It's a woman in labour and after she gives birth a man rapes the baby while it's still attached to the woman by the umbilical cord..It's not cut out of her though.

August Underground Mordum probably has to get the nod, even though it's a shitty movie it has some very heinous and disgusting things shown that no other movie has topped.

A film called Antichrist with Willem Dafoe. I found it pretty disturbing. I've never had to kind of cover my eyes during a movie before. But I had to for this.

I'm not really recommending it, either. It's good. It's incredibly well shot, but very disturbing. Watch at your own risk.

Anthropophagous was pretty gross with the guy eating the woman's fetus and the eating of his own intestines.

Cannibal Holocaust had the animal killings and I actually thought it was a alright film though. Most people hate it.

Still haven't seen Serbian Film yet and probably wont for a long time.
Same with Human Centipede.
