KMC Forums - Sooo need help with this one

Ive been looking for this movie but cant remember the title for the life of me...

Ok so these are the parts i remember a guy with two different eye colors starts having a weird craving for blood or like licks the blood off of this girls finger well for some reason they end up going to his home town on this small island when they get there a creature got killed by the motor of some boat well any ways the creature is one of many that live under ground they eat human flesh but only come out at night and one night they all come out and all the towns people end up running to a light house and one girl ends up falling down and one of those things start eating her fingers and he ends up giving himself over for her they accept him and he has a sister whose underground and i guess theyre inbreds and the tunnel ends up closinf behind him....so can any one help me put a title to this movie???
