hmmm Not sure since I don't like many bands of this decade but ummm lets see I would say Janes Addiction is my favorite from the 90s.... Hmmm The White Strips... And well thats about it.

a decade is ten years, I'm fairly certain it doesnt matter what ten years it is being referred to as, as long as they are consecutive. I have sat through an argument similar to this in school.

which decade ? you have evanescence and the yjust started lately and you have red hot and there more then 15 years old ??? im confused but here are my fav bands of the 90's
Metalica are way passed last decade...they are 80s band..if you can call them that...(1984) to be percise......

yes, but they gained more of a fan base when they began producing music videos ("One) and when they reinvented their sound during the 1990's. It was during this period that they received the most recognition and it had the most influence on their achievement of the Mtv Icon award
