jackson in trouble again

from yahoo news i know there are some jackson fans here so here you go

LOS OLIVOS, Calif. - Investigators conducting a criminal probe swarmed Michael Jackson (news)'s Neverland Ranch on Tuesday, a sheriff's spokesman said. The purpose of the search was not disclosed.

Jackson and his three young children were not at the ranch at the time of the raid, his spokesman, Stuart Backerman, told The Associated Press. He said that for three weeks Jackson and his family have been in Las Vegas, where Jackson was filming a video.

Backerman declined further comment, saying he still lacked detailed information about the purpose of the investigation.

More than 20 investigators from the Santa Barbara County sheriff's and district attorney's offices served a warrant about 8:30 a.m. as part of an "ongoing criminal investigation," Sgt. Chris Pappas said in a prepared statement.

The district attorney's office had no comment, said legal secretary Debbie Popp.

The $12.3 million Santa Ynez Valley property, which has a mansion, its own zoo and amusement park with bumper cars, a merry-go-round and Ferris wheel, has often been the site of children's parties.

Nearly 10 years have passed since the 45-year-old singing superstar faced a child-molestation investigation in a case that never resulted in criminal charges.

The singer who had international hits with the albums "Thriller" (1982), "Bad" (1987) and "Dangerous" (1991), saw his career begin to collapse in 1993 amid allegations he molested a boy. Jackson maintained his innocence, and charges were never filed. He reportedly paid a multimillion-dollar settlement.

Jackson is also connected to Hollywood private eye Anthony Pellicano, who has begun serving federal prison time for possessing illegal explosives, and is being investigated about whether he secretly taped conversations of celebrities and their lawyers.

Pellicano, 59, reportedly worked for Jackson while the singer was under investigation for child molestation in the early 1990s.

As the raid was under way, Court TV reported that the warrant was tied to allegations brought by a 12-year-old boy. That could not immediately be confirmed by The Associated Press.

In a television documentary broadcast on ABC earlier this year, Jackson said he had slept in a bed with many children. "When you say bed you're thinking sexual," the singer said. "It's not sexual, we're going to sleep. I tuck them in. ... It's very charming, it's very sweet."

As of last December, when Jackson interacted with young fans outside a lawsuit hearing in Santa Maria, Calif., he was still inviting children to his home for parties.

The search came on the same day Epic Records released "Number Ones," a greatest hits collection featuring Jackson's new single, "One More Chance." On Nov. 26, CBS is scheduled to air a Jackson special consisting mainly of old concert footage.

Jackson caused an international uproar last year when he displayed his baby, Prince Michael II, to fans by dangling him briefly from a fourth-floor balcony in Germany, where he had gone to accept an award.

Jackson called the incident a "terrible mistake," and Berlin authorities said the actions were not punishable.

Not much is known about Prince Michael II, whose mother has not been identified. The singer's 6-year-old son, Prince Michael I, and 5-year-old daughter, Paris, were born during his marriage to Debbie Rowe, his plastic surgeon's nurse, which ended in 1999.

He was also married to Lisa Marie Presley (news), Elvis's daughter, between 1994 and 1996.

Jackson routinely keeps the children's heads covered with cloth while escorting them in public — and he usually sports a surgical mask himself when out and about. He has said he wants to protect them from the public eye.

The "King of Pop" amassed a half-billion-dollar fortune over the past 20 years, but his former financial advisers have said, in a lawsuit last spring, that he is saddled with debt and teetering near bankruptcy. Current financial advisers have denied that claim.

Jackson has appeared weak and ghostly pale at many of his recent public appearances, and his own attorneys have said has been involved in nearly 1,000 lawsuits.

In June, he suffered a suspected anxiety attack during a visit to Indianapolis to deliver a deposition in a lawsuit and his doctor said the singer was weak, dizzy and dehydrated.

In a separate Santa Maria lawsuit hearing earlier this year, the singer hobbled into court on crutches with his left foot wrapped in bandages because of swelling from what he described as a spider bite and delayed testimony because he said he was too ill to appear in court.

When he did finally testify, he giggled during questioning and made comical faces at people in the courtroom.

yup again the media making as if its a new child abuse claim which is not....funny this shit comes up when his greatest hit cd is being released
you people think u know whats goin on when u really dont

It's all to do with the Pellicano thing, the 12 years old boy is Jordan Chandler and this is left over from 1993. Michael is small compared to what is yet to come, the law are going to investigate everybody who Pellicano has been connected to. meaning that since anthony pellicano got arrested he may have given up chandler tapes that are makin the police turn back to neverland, and that if that is the case then there will be more stars going thru this...This man has taped phone calls of Evan Chandler
This is just a search warrant of his property.

here the article has it
"Jackson is also connected to Hollywood private eye Anthony Pellicano, who has begun serving federal prison time for possessing illegal explosives, and is being investigated about whether he secretly taped conversations of celebrities and their lawyers. "

there is no new child claims you idiots

yea cause the lying ***** Diane Diamond reported it was about child abuse...shes full of shit, Michael sued her 10 yrs ago because she and hard copy claimed they had a video of MJ having sex with a child. My ass, Michael won the case and her career was over.....but now shes trying 2 save her face....its funny because the press, helicopters were all ready there when the police arived at Neverland, this is pathetic...
the DA Tom Snedden is a racist bastar.d

There was a private recording of Evan Chandler saying "If i go through this i win big time" how obvious is that?! Pellicano had released audio tapes of Evan Chandler saying that Chandler would 'ruin' Michael Jackson if he didn't get what he wanted. Before any of this ever happened the childs father "Evan Chandler" wanted money from Michael but Michael wouldnt give him the amounts he asked for.
Tabloids making up bullshit to bring down this blackman when he was at the height of his fame.
Victor Guiterrez was the friend of Evan Chandler whom he USED to propogate the lie of molestation. Victor wrote the so called diary of Jordy called "Michael Jackson was My Lover" and that book has to be the real proof of Michael's innocence because it was such a JOKE. What father would participate in a book with a title that Michael was the "lover" of his son a fu.cking JOKE!
People think Michael settling the lawsuit is the reason he was never charged but there is a REAL reason he was not charged and it has to do with NO evidence. They took pictures of Michael naked, thats horrible and they still couldnt find any evidence that he abused the child. If there was evidence, Michael could have been charged in the months before the settlement. What would have stopped the DA

Pellicano came into possession of a tape conversation between Evan Chandler and the boy's step father. Part of that tape was very incrementing to Evan but the media downplayed it, like they downplayed a lot that pointed to Michael's innocence.Glad that her phones were tapped because that woman was mos def part of that scam in 1993 to bring down Mike. I know it. Because think about it, if she was not, then why did she risk her career just to prove a lie? I mean, if any fool does that, it is only doing that to destroy someone.
I think the best thing that ever happened was the Smoking Gun putting Evan Script on their site. Because most, including Bill O'reilly, had problems believing it. See the reason most thought Michael was guilty was based on innuendos, the type of innueno implied on Hard Copy. But if those individuals follow what the claims actually made, there is no way anyone would believe it. But MOST IN THE MEDIA DID NOT COVER WHAT WAS STATED IN THE SCRIPT. They only repeated the allegation made that Michael was "accused of molesting a boy" without the details of what was alleged.
To me, the civil lawsuit script, the book "Michael Jackson Was My Lover" written with Evan Chandler's consent, are the greatest supporters of Michael's innocence and they are suppose to implicate him. But in my opinion, they are BOTH support Michael's innocence if people REALLY READ IT. But most in the media have not really touched them. BOTH ARE THE BIGGEST EVIDENCE THAT MICHAEL JACKSON WAS INNOCENT AND THIS SO CALLED SCANDAL IS REALLY THE BIGGEST SCAM IN HOLLYWOOD HISTORY SUPPORTED BY THE MEDIA.

hmm let me guess Michael Jackson molest a child every decade huh?!
hmm....mayb 10 yrs from now the the press will say he molested another child roll eyes (sarcastic) some of the press are actually supportive of Michael right now, i guess they know this is some bullsh!t This is all bout Money ..MONEY... MONEY ....MONEY

this is a bringing down of a celebrity, this is the man who brought joy to all of us. You cannot deny this, Michael Jackson is an INTERNATIONAL TREASURE

well heres what they are saying today

LOS OLIVOS, Calif. - A raid on Michael Jackson (news)'s Neverland Ranch was linked to a child molestation allegation against the pop superstar, a Jackson family attorney said Wednesday.

"We know that a search warrant was executed at Neverland Ranch early yesterday morning and that the warrant stated that it was in response to a complaint of a male child, 12 years old, who claims that there was sexual molestation that took place at Neverland Ranch," attorney Brian Oxman, who said he had represented the Jackson family for 14 years, told CBS' "The Early Show."

Oxman is not representing Michael Jackson, though he said he had spoken with members of Jackson's family.

"It is very upsetting to them," he said on ABC's "Good Morning America" Wednesday. "They are just really very shocked by this entire incident and they go, 'Here we go again. Michael is just a sitting target for people to take potshots at him.'"

As many as 70 law enforcement officials served a search warrant at Jackson's ranch Tuesday and searched for evidence through the night as part of an ongoing criminal investigation, Sgt. Chris Pappas said. He said no warrant had been issued for Jackson's arrest.

The district attorney and sheriff planned to provide more details at a press conference Wednesday. The Santa Barbara News-Press reported in Wednesday's editions that a county source confirmed the search stemmed from a child molestation allegation.

Jackson, who reportedly was in Las Vegas when the search warrant was served, denounced media coverage in a statement released to The Associated Press by spokesman Stuart Backerman.

"I've seen lawyers who don't represent me and spokespeople who do not know me speaking for me. These characters always seem to surface with dreadful allegations just as another project, an album, a video is being released," the Jackson statement said, referring to Tuesday's release of a greatest hits album, "Number Ones."

Backerman refused to comment on any allegations and said neither he nor Jackson knew the details of the investigation.

The 45-year-old singing superstar faced a child molestation investigation in 1993 in a case that never resulted in criminal charges. Jackson reportedly paid a multimillion dollar settlement in that case but maintained his innocence.

The $12.3 million Neverland Ranch in the Santa Ynez Valley has a mansion, its own zoo and amusement park, and has often been the site of children's parties.

Steve Manning, a Jackson family spokesman, briefly talked to reporters outside a Las Vegas recording studio and said Jackson was "holding up" and had his family's support.

In a television documentary broadcast on ABC earlier this year, Jackson said he had slept in a bed with many children. "When you say bed you're thinking sexual," the singer said during the interview. "It's not sexual, we're going to sleep. I tuck them in. ... It's very charming, it's very sweet."

Jackson caused an international uproar last year when he displayed his baby, Prince Michael II, to fans by dangling him briefly from a fourth-floor balcony in Germany. Jackson called the incident a "terrible mistake," and Berlin authorities said the actions were not punishable.

The singer had international hits with the albums "Thriller" (1982), "Bad" (1987) and "Dangerous" (1991) saw his career begin to collapse after the 1993 allegations.

His last studio album, "Invincible," sold about 2 million copies in the United States — great for most artists, especially veteran stars, but only so-so for the man who bills himself as the King of Pop.

and i would like to add that just becuese your a star and have made great music doese not meen that you are a good person

He would. Even if they put him in the federal pound me in the @$$ prison. Ya see these jail types got their own wierd society set up there. THey have devised their own (yeah I know it's funny) code of honor if you will. Since a lot of those guys would have respect for MJ there would probably be 3 or 4 who would be like "yo man I got your back" of course there are always the attention mongerers who would try to beat him up just for bragging rights, but we all know he can fight remember the Annie video, and the one with Chris Tucker?

theres one thing i dont understand. I was watching the news and they said over 70 police officers were involved in the raid of the never land ranch. I mean i know it's a big place, but come on GOD DAMN 70 cops? you dont even see 70 cops when drug cartel's are busted. Most police stations dont even have 70 cops. They alos had a team of forensic analyzers, and the FBI. You diddnt even see this many braches of law enforcment during 9/11. It;s micheal jackson, a small town hillbilly sherief would have done the job.

The simple solution to all of his problems would simply be to stop touching little boys.
