For me it has to be Maynard...he has such an amazing voice and he can sing so well....you can especially hear it in Parabol! Also Serj from System...he is absolutely amazing singer

My preferences include Sara Brightman, Andrea Boccelli, dude from Soundgarden/Audioslave (can't think of his name), Bono, Norah Jones, Billie Holiday (can we go that far back here?), Etta James (also reaching back a bit), Harry Connick Jr. & probably Frank Sinatra. Weird list, I know.
The guy from Soundgarden/Audioslave is Chris Cornel! hes amazing indeed!
