Get yourself of the original Batman film (1989) and a copy of The Flaming Lips album 'The Soft Bulletin' (1999)...
Program your stereo to play these Tracks:

mute the film, turn up the music
then
Start the album 1 minute 9 seconds before Joker grabs the handle of the huge pistol that he has in his trousers, just before he shoots the Batwing out of the sky.
(about 15mins from the end of the film)
the start point is approx when the batwing goes across the screen from left to right.
Checkpoint: the lyric "what kind of weapons have they got?" should be heard as Joker reaches for the gun and pulls it out.
