Cover Versions
Hi peeps,
Just wanted to know if you ALSO HATE IT
see i've just heard a hip-hop remix of Under the Bridge (originally Red Hot Chili Peppers)
How can a HIP HOP CHICK DARE to cover one of the GREATEST SONGS EVER?
what do you think? is it ok with you or do you hate it also?

I'll agree, in some ways, it depends who covers a great and classic song, but when someone from a different genre of music trys to covers someone from another different genre of music, it is bowned to suck.

Good covers:
Alien Ant Farm - Smooth Criminal (overplayed tho)
Tool - No Quarter
Spineshank - As My Guitar Gently Weeps
Orgy - Blue Monday
there's many more, i can't be bothered to think of em, but you get the point. good cover versions do exist, its not all limp bizkit and marilyn manson.
