Because she's an heiress and (ex) friend of Nicole Ritchie who pretty much got her discovered as far as celebrity wise. I don't exactly look at her as a role model or anything but I think she's pretty cool since she's not around Nicole anymore.
Its a good thing E! is the place where they have programs about people that dont matter in the world. Me, no. I dont have proof. But if you listen, and i mean REALLY listen, you will understand that no one has a REAL voice anymore in Pop music. Brittany Spears, Jessica Simpson. And now, coming to a radio near you, Paris "The whore can't sing" Hilton. You put 2 and 2 together you can tell. A rich whore gets a record deal. Not because of talent, but because of who she is and how many records she will sell. Not because she has a great voice, but because she can spit out a note or two on "key". Alright, again, that's your own opinion. Where do you come off saying that she's a whore though? I mean I know about "A Night In Paris" and everything but a whore skips from one man to another, she doesn't. Isn't she still dating that Paris dude or something? I've heard the song and it literally sounds like they took a pre-rendered voice and let her lip-sync to it. Not to mention the lyrics are just generic pop song lyrics about some love that she probably didn't even experience, because she most likely didn't write the song.
Oh and she's also dumb as a stick. I doubt she even has the ability to write a song for herself.

I never got the whole "whore" thing that she's labelled with either, to be honest. A whore in the financial and corporate sense, yes, but I wouldn't call any woman a literal prostitute unless she was one. What she does with her body is her own business, but she should leave music alone because she sucks.
That said, why are you judging if she's cool or not? You don't know her. She acts certain ways to get people liking her, liking her songs...oh.
It's not opinion, that's actually true. She has no factual singing ability, and anyone who has studied music in any way can hear that.
i just looked up this video on youtube... and I could only stand the first 10 seconds of it... Im wondering if her voice is enhanced in any way... maybe a little computerized...maybe??? ...
