can anyone tell me how to make a good hilt of his light saber? I dont want the blade.just the hilt...

More or less. I advise looking on a website that is dedicated to the creation of lightsaber hilts as props / fan creations. There are many websites out there that feature instructions on how to make your own.
It requires a lot of work, though. It's far from easy.
