Eh, he was predicting at will with really precise detail the outcomes of events and hypotheticals, and jamming Caedus's own visions by inserting himself in there and making Jacen think Luke was going to kill and replace him.

I think Sidious and Yoda have done similar things.

He also amped Jaina and then put his face on her to make Caedus think he was there.
