What if...
the 501st and Yoda never showed up on Geonosis during AotC. Would the jedi have accepted Dooku's offer and surrendered? Or would they die fighting. What would the future hold with most of the jedi gone?

first off, the Jedi would've died as they clearly weren't about to surrender. Second not much would have really changed as there were thousands of Jedi elsewhere in the galaxy, maces quote is " ill take what Jedi we have left and go rescue Obi Wan" in other words theres plenty of other Jedi kicking around.
