Is it true that Vader can't raise his arms over his shoulders/head? XD

I head this somewhere but wasn't sure if it was true. The idea of Vader facing great difficulty in overhead strikes and blocks sound hilarious laughing out loud . How pathetic.

According to Darth Vader: A 3-D Reconstruction Log it's true. I can't access the specific page, but it's the citation for the wiki on Vader's armor which says he had difficulty in raising his lightsaber to full height.

Yes.
