Underused characters?

Which characters in your opinion have gone underused yet have plenty of material to draw from which could lead to potentially interesting and brand new debates?

Literally any Non Force User that isn't named Boba, Jango, Grevious or Durge.

A few of the Legends Inquisitors.

Standard Force Users and other Force User groups/organizations, same with Non-Force Users.

I feel like Qui-Gon doesn't get a whole lot of interest. Same with Kyle Katarn, Jaden Korr.

In fact a lot of Force Users if they aren't named Vader, Sidious, Luke, Cadeus, Vitiate/Valk, Maul, Revan, Dooku don't get a whole lot of attention.

A lot of NJO characters like Kyp.

Characters that got cut off by the Disney merger, e.g. Ben Skywalker.

Probably a bunch of others I'm missing off the top of my head.
