Speed, but only if by a large margin. In the context of a lightsaber duel, if you're strong, you can probably smash an enemy whose a little faster than you. But if the enemy is MUCH faster, they'll be able to avoid your attacks and answer with attacks of their own before you can react. That's how Obi Wan managed to fight a 4 armed Grevious when he only had one lightsaber.

context matters; Dooku was arguably faster and most skilled than Anakin yet he was able to smash through Tyranus' defences with brute strength just before he killed him.. just like any fight in real life, it all depends on how you use your strength or speed so neither is really more important than the other

Dooku wasn't all that much faster than Anakin. Hell, Anakin actually won by being quicker when he trapped Dooku and cut his hands off before he could react.

Anakin was only faster than Dooku in that dark-side-amp moment on invisible hand. Before that they were roughly equal, with Dooku being faster than him throughout TCW (see instances where he dodges him like Sidious did to Savage)
