What happened to Commander Fox after the Clone Wars?

Simple question: what happened to my favorite clone commander after Order 66 and the rise of the Empire? Do we know anymore about his story that ended on a "not-so-favorable" note?

Vader killed Fox because his men open fired on him thinking he was a Jedi, so Vader snapped his neck. That was pretty much it, nothing else about him really beforehand.
