Well... since Palps survived getting blown up twice in the same film... no reason for Windu not to survive getting thrown out of the window

Maul got chopped in half and fell down a shaft so Windu getting his hand chopped off and threw out a window seems it's possible.

Multiple sources have confirmed that he died.
He was also one of the Jedi who could be heard speaking to Rey at the end of RoS.
