Pablo Jill, Adi Galia, Roron Corob, and Shaak Ti
He stole Jill's lightsaber from floating debris, Adi Gallia's after killing her, Corobb after killing him in the "Clone Wars" cartoon, and Ti's shortly after Corobb's.

Surely that would mean he must've bested them in combat to get them. Although knowing Grievous he probably scummed them out of it.

He found Pablo-Jill's saber among floating debris after they fought.
He took Koth's saber after capturing him Saleucami.
He took Corobb's and Shaak Ti's sabers during the battle of Coruscant(yes, those scenes from the CW micro-series are still canon.)
