Something totally crazy about how strong my teacher is
We have this freshmen football coach Mr Lawson, shaved head go tee and just fing huge. he must weigh i would think 240 of ripped muscle. he was a colege football player he did weigh 350 pounds at one time and had very lilttle fat.
I asked him today sinceit was the first time i talked to him down in the weigh room if he had ever competed and by that i meant bodybuilding but he thought i ment powerlifiting and said he won one of americas most biggest powerlifting contest for like poeple under 25
he was i think 20 years old when he did it the first time and won it
he benched 480
squats 750 and dead lifted 700 pounds now that is what you cll insane weights just to show you how much he beat me by i can only dead lift 375 bench 250 and sqauts 350.
he then later said he sqautted 900 pounds two year later. if it hadnt been for his injury he would have gone straight to the pros. when he told me how to do cleans i felt honored he is truly a animal. i made a impression on him though doing dumbells presses when i picked up the heaviest dumbells in the gym and repped them out for 4 reps. i felt like god when he watched me
o god i had to write out this workout plan for this senior wrestler at my school i used every ****in comma in the book
so you dont mind me posting my bodybuilding slash workout threads good i didnt want to come off cocky at all.
i have a keyboarding class also and a computer applications class so all i have been doing is writing out lettters and shit s i have to have perfect everything
well ill tell a story then from the weight room downstiars today at the schools gym.
The basketball team came in after football got down but being me i did alot more lifts then everyone else and proceded to walk back into the weight room after i got a drink and notcie the basketball players looking at me they all were benching a average 110 pounds. and one kid was only doing 65. now i give them credit since they are down there but still thats just sad. so i went over to the flat bench that was open and got the two 95 pound dumbells the heaviest dumbells downstairs. put them on my legs as i sat down and leaned back and started repping them out i did it 4 times now this is 95 pounds in each hand more then what some kids where benching. then walk up i could tell that they knew nothing about lifting whent hey said HEY can you do this with those things. They didnt even know how to say can you curls the dumbells you got in your hands. i go no thats is impossible you big dumbass. worry less about me and focus on yourself. I may have sounded mean but it was good advice who cares what i can do start working up to doing what i can do so you can start saying you did this not asking someone lse what they do.
