Laugh Little sayings for the not too bright

OK I did a search and got nothing, so if this has been done before please merge.

I love those little sayings people have for the intelligence challenged. But I only know a few and I am sure there are a bunch. Please add the ones you know.

He's/She's:

Not the sharpest tool in the shed.....
A few fries short of a happy meal......
A few bricks short of a load.......
Rowing without both oars in the water.......
Not the brightest crayon on the box......
Missing a few cookies from the cookie jar.....
Playing Life with Monopoly money....
Elevator doesnt go all the way to the top.....

I think thats all I know anyone else?
