Miffed Help

I know this isn't in the right forum, but i need a fast answer.
I have a browser problem for a week or so:
Im using both Firefox and IE, and an error appears randomly, saying that the program has encountered a problem and needs to close....
The thing that bothers me is that this always seems to be the "problem": vlsp.dll.... now what the hell is that?
